Welcome to our Vortex Conference Room. This magical room is up in the front half of our building and has an entrance through the front door of 226 Chestnut St. The room is 500 square feet and fits around 17 yoga mats for a meditation, 14 spaced out mats for a yoga class, 15-20 chairs at a table, and around 30 chairs without tables. We can also provide a projector and extra tables for your set up needs and the fun lights are included if you prefer a spacier atmosphere. The room has direct access to our comfortable front lobby with desk, couches, and room for an extra table set up for any display ideas. You will also have access to the restroom right down the hall.
The room gets its name because the concrete walls seal in the energy beautifully and during your event you will feel the love and good vibrations vortexing around you. We are happy to share this special room for your classes, workshops, private parties, and any other needs. If you are interested in using this space, please fill out the Event Application Form and we will reach out with available dates if we feel like your event aligns with our vision.
Room Rental Rates:
We usually ask for 20% of ticket sales or $25/hour (if ticket price is n/a) to use the room (including set up time). We can also provide staff to help you out at $20/hr per staff member. If your event is after hours, at least one staff member will be required. Please read our Event Application Form fully for the complete room rental agreement and expectations.
